ENoLL is the international, non-profit, independent association of certified Living Labs based in Brussels, Belgium. Founded in 2006 under the auspices of the Finnish European Presidency, it focuses on facilitating knowledge exchange, joint actions and project partnerships among its members. It promotes the Living Labs concept, supports EU policies, enhances Living Labs and their sustainability and enables their implementation at a global level to enable impactful open innovation ecosystems where everyone can co-create and innovate via cross-border and cross-sectoral collaboration in an inclusive way.
